Inner Visions Chili Lunch

OH WHAT A DAY !!!!

First of all thank you to Thrifty's for their donation of the food for this most important lunch we cook for Innervisions clients.

The group that went to the NEW MILLER AVE. were 'wowed' by the new building. Beautiful place to get clean and sober, and the kitchen is FANTASTIC. Head chef's Al and Ian went to work immediately and choppers were Isy, Jeannie & Naomi. Gayle & I set the tables with Christmas table cloths and presents for all [thank you to Dan Gallant who drove out from Prairie Ave. with the extra gifts].

The men.....oh the men were SO excited about us being there and they loved the Chili and the Corn Bread [that Jeannie made for both houses]. The pie and ice cream and hot chocolate was a big hit too. The comments were amazing and most said ' this is like 'home''. So wonderful to see these men changing their lives one day at a time.

Thank you to everyone who came out and put smiles on the faces of these men. I promise you they will remember this for a long long time.
