  • A Rotary Minute by Vida – The development of the 4-Way Test.  The 4-Way Test was not originally a part of the Rotary Club started by Paul Harris.  In fact, it didn’t come along until 1932.  It was designed to be a way to gauge our conduct and has since stood the test of time.  Since it was created, it has been translated into over 100 languages.
