What a great day at Innervisions. We had our head chefs, Alan, Danne & Bill [who also did all the clean-up and re-cycling]
Yes, Bill made sure we re-cycled everything correctly. He and Heather and Cleone ran out of hot water from rinsing all the dishes.
Jeannie made home made corn bread, Gayle, myself & Patty set the tables, Meghan and Karen helped serve chili and pie along with Dan & Heather & Gayle.
Patty gave a great Rotary talk to the men to tell them how proud we as Rotarians are that they have made the choice to 'change their lives'.
Bill was the very last to leave, cleaning up the giant chili pot.
This is the first year we have not done both houses for Innervisons, but Gayle & I will tell you that the Rotary Club of Haney has taken over Miller 2 and they have done a fantastic job. We both feel very confident that they will keep this as a yearly project too.
