We are hosting our first ever ‘in-town’ fundraiser and would love to invite you and also any members of the Rotary Club of Port Moody (if you could share the information).
 
 
The Camp Jubilee Alumni Association invites you to:
Help support Camp Jubilee by attending the
1st Annual Burger and Brew Fundraiser - Saturday September 19th    7pm to 10pm
The Burke Beer House
2099 Lougheed Hwy
Port Coquitlam
 
Parents, Alumni, Donors, Staff and volunteers are all invited to participate in this fun evening event, which we hope will raise funds to support the leadership camperships and the Staff/Volunteer Bursary Fund.
 
A great opportunity to catch up with new and old camp friends, while supporting a great cause!
 
Tickets are $20 and include: a burger, fries, and a drink (a sleeve of Burke Lager, a bar highball, a 6 oz. house wine, pop, juice, coffee or tea).
  • Door Prize: Free Halloween Camp for one child.
  • Silent Auction Items
  • 50/50 draw and other games
 
I’ve also attached a donation request letter from our President Sherrie Metz.  If you are able to donate any auction/prize items, please let me know.
