District Assembly is coming up and our Club 'has' to pay for 5 people to go.  SO......ARE YOU GOING?????

Registration is now open for the up coming District Club Assembly.  Anyone who plans to attend should register for this event.  Clubs will be billed for those who attend so individual Rotarians should not paywhen they register. To register for this event click on "Register Online" below.

Details
District Assembly is a great opportunity for all Rotarians to enhance their Rotary experience.  Our Agenda will include breakout sessions that are designed to incite all levels of Rotary knowledge. A copy of the Agenda is attached.
 
Sessions are informative, fun and interactive and are geared to newer Rotarians and also include specific sessions for our incoming club’s executive.  There will be sessions on local initiatives to some of our International efforts and will feature a Key Note Address by Stew Martin who is a representative of  WASRAG and will inform and inspire our members on Water and Sanitation efforts that evolved from projects that are water-only to holistic water, sanitation, hygiene and education/promotion/ beha viour change.
 
The day will include lunch and the opportunity to meet new Rotary friends who also have a desire to learn more about relevant Rotary topics.
An Agenda with the different available sessions will be forwarded to all who have registered, the week prior to the assembly. 
 
Important
It is a District Policy that all of our clubs are billed for 5 attendees, to our Assembly.  So please organize a minimum of 5 people to attend on behalf of your club. It is a good idea to have your incoming president and executive attend.

Registration and Payment
All individuals need to register on Club Runner but do not need to pay via Club Runner (talk with your club to confirm if you need to pay them).  

Clubs need to pay a minimum of $225 for up to five people to attend and $45 for any additional club members. Bring your Payment by check to registration on the day of the assembly.
