Reminder.....We have Adopted a Street [Heritage Mountain Blvd] and after this week's meeting we will be going out to the street to CLEAN UP !!!

John Williams from the City of Port Moody will be coming to the meeting to give us our 'stuff'.

Please come dressed for the weather, and lets have a great time right after the meeting.

Peter will be doing a schedule for the months to come and I'm sure everyone will have the opportunity to help.  If you have not yet signed the 'waiver' form, please let me know and I will give to you for yourself or your family member.

Thanks everyone....

Port Moody’s Adopt a Street program is a cooperative effort between community volunteers and the City to help maintain litter-free public sidewalks, bike paths and walkways. The City welcomes residents and organizations like schools, churches, local non-profits and businesses to participate in the program.

Applicants make a once-a-month commitment for one year (or more often if they desire). We provide the gear, arrange for the removal and disposal of waste and put up signs recognizing the participants.

Adopt-a-Street encourages local volunteers to show their PoMo Pride and take ownership of our local public spaces by removing litter. Training, support and supplies are provided.
