We all said when we left the camp that this is one of our best projects that our Rotary Club’s do, helping kid’s who really learn leadership, sharing, understanding other people and teamwork.

Great work organizing this Isabella!

What a wonderful day on Sunday to visit our camp kid’s at Camp Jubilee.

128 campers all eating lunch together is an experience, never to forget, the noise level was higher than a Harley Davidson. The kid’s were having a great time when we arrived around 10:30 AM in Paul’s Boat from Bellcarra.

The kid”s were divided into groups of about 10, some were canoeing and having water wars, with water guns, some were doing a scavenger hunt, some were learning skill’s of identifying water creatures and just having plain fun running around under the leadership of the youth there, that are very much fun themselves.

We talked to the kid’s and they told us they were having a great adventure. One little boy 10 years old said to me he had never in his life had so much fun.

Another little boy from Africa came up to Vida and I to say thank you to the Rotary Club.

We visited their cabins and to our surprise they were so clean.

At lunchtime Dave the camp Manager, explained to the kid’s about Rotary and how greatful they should be to us all.

There were 3 Rotarians from Mission, 4 from Coquitlam and Vida and myself from our Club.
