ACTIVITIES

Saturday, April 10th 9am to 12:30 pm.

Bobcat Assistance--3 people.  We're going to have a driver for earth moving equipment removing mulch.  You'll be serving as a spotter to help direct the driver, raking behind him/her, and offering clean up assistance as the material is placed in a dumpster.  This will also involve general clean-up, so you'll be lift any remaining stones in the garden and plot boundary material. You'll be using a rake and shovel and some brute strength.

Wire Sculpture Prep--4 people.  The task is tedious, but not difficult, and will be to sand down all the wire structures and get them ready for painting. You will need gloves and sandpaper and eye protection.

Mailboxes prep.  3 people.  You will need to make a solution of vinegar and water and clean up the mailboxes. Gloves are necessary, but this is pretty light work.

Cob Bench Clean-up.  5 people.  This involves scraping off material from a large circular structure. This will require chisels and hammers. Gloves are mandatory for this moderately difficult work.

Concrete Pouring Prep. 4 people.  You'll be moving a shed, digging up a small foundation, removing dirt, and then framing for the pour. This will be some pretty hard work.
