Since 1984, 1,400 Venice High School seniors have received this commendation, holding it in high esteem into their futures as alumni. The Jacket is reserved for exceptional students who do above what is expected of them in school with a GPA of 3.75 or higher, sharing their energy and intelligence in serving our diverse community.
From their early years, Jacket scholars have inhabited the spirit of stewardship and reciprocity.
This year 72 VHS students will receive the tribute.
