Past District Governor Russ Ketron will give us an update on the End Polio Now campaign and other key activities of The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International (TRF).
Russ has a particular interest in this issue: He is a Polio survivor.
A recipient of Rotary's Service Award for a Polio Free World for the Americas, Russ is Past President of the Rotary Club of Novato. He served as District Governor for our own District 5150 in the 2008-2009 Rotary Year and currently serves as our District Polio Chair.
Russ is a practicing Certified Financial Planner and a Registered Investment Adviser Representative with Western International Securities. He is the managing member of Ketron Financial, LLC, which has been located in Novato for the last 40+ years.
Russ and his wife, Kathy, are fourth-level Major Donors and Bequest Society members. They hold the fifth-level White Hat Society pin. As contributors to our Rotary Foundation they certainly “walk the talk”.
