Meditation Session

Martha Sheridan asked Ellen MacGran of Integrative Restoration, to guide us through a session at our meeting. It is a great way to relieve anxiety and improve your mental health during these stressful times.

To prepare for this, please find a quiet and comfortable place, have a comfortable chair to sit or pillows to lie down while you meditate. We will be “off camera” during this 20-30 minute session and Ellen will talk us through the practice.
