Christina Dazzo is the recipient of the $1,000 2020-21 Raymond Hendee Award.
This scholarship is presented in memory of Dr. Raymond E. Hendee, Superintendent of schools in Park Ridge-Niles Community Consolidated District 64 from 1970 until his retirement in 1990. The award recognizes and commemorates his dedication to the children of the District, his support of the teaching staff, and his life-long commitment to serving the community as a Park Ridge Rotarian.
Dr. Hendee was committed to providing teachers with the opportunity to improve their teaching skills by supporting and encouraging programs of continuing education focusing on new teaching techniques and academics.
