On Tuesday, October 24, Past District Governor Rick Rivkin stopped by our morning meeting to present our Club with the Rotary President's Citation for 2016-2017. This award is presented annually to a small minority of Clubs in our District (6440) that meet predetermined criteria for fundraising, membership, and volunteer activities.
