On February 7 we had a fine presentation by Joe Rosner, former cop, body guard, black belt and excellent and entertaining presenter, with tips on how to avoid, confront  or defend against a personal attack.

With humorous anecdotes, a large dose of common sense, and enlightening statistics Joe made us aware of steps to take to protect ourselves in day to day proceedings. His demos on how to face and protect yourself when confronted head on were particularly instructive.

Joe used Robert Mintz to demonstrate how to get away if someone grabs you. Despite Robert's fast hands, Joe pulled away easily while Harvey Stein looked on.
Joe gives programs on workplace violence, personal safety, and self defense. He may be contacted at JoeRosner@BestDefenseUSA.com.
