2nd Annual Superhero Glow Run

Get up and GLOW for this superhero fun run!

Join us on Friday, April 20 for a run through the park - at night! Don't worry about it being dark, because YOU will be glowing as you get covered in UV glow powder. Plus there's more - you'll get to represent one of the top DC superheroes as you run, walk, or even dance through the park. We'll have your choice of a WONDER WOMAN, SUPERMAN, BATMAN or THE JOKER cape for every runner - so pick your squad! Then, spend time after the run riding some of our world-class coasters for the best post-run cool down.

General Race Information

Our doors will open at 6:00 p.m. on Friday April 20, 2018 for the Superhero Glow Run. All guests, even spectators and Season Pass holders, will be required to purchase an entry ticket to this exclusive event. Read below for more detailed information regarding tickets, our Pre Glow Run Dance Party, the race, and the After Party that includes Exclusive Ride Time on some of the best coasters and rides around.  

Ticket Information

We are offering two different packages this year. All ticket packages include entry to the race, entry to the pre-party, a Superhero Glow Run race bib, and access to the after party with Exclusive Ride Time. 

General Admission Package

There are four selections of tickets for the General Admission Package. They are based on which Superhero you'd like to rep! See them here:

• SUPERMAN: white SUPERMAN cape, packet of blue glow powder
• BATMAN: white BATMAN cape, packet of yellow glow powder
• WONDER WOMAN: white WONDER WOMAN cape, packet of red glow powder
• THE JOKER: white THE JOKER cape, packet of green glow powder

GLOW RUN POWER PACKAGE

For only $10 more, the POWER PACKAGES will include everything you receive in the General Admission Package, including the same choices between WONDER WOMAN, SUPERMAN, BATMAN, or THE JOKER, PLUS:

• NEW: Superhero Glow Run t-shirt
• NEW: 2 additional powder packets
• NEW: Premium ride access
• NEW: Priority race start

Parking

Parking will be FREE for all guests with tickets to the Superhero Glow Run!

Pre-Party

The Pre-Party will be located in Hometown Square. We will have food locations open for pre-race snacks for purchase at our food locations, retail locations for additional capes or glow powder packs and a DJ to help warm up your running muscles!

We encourage you to start covering yourself in your glow powder here before the race begins. 

The Race

The race will be inside and outside the park. You may walk or run, and will get more glow powder thrown on you along the way. There will be color and blacklight stations so you will see just how much you glow!

We will not be actively timing the run, so for the serious runners it is recommended you bring your watch or timing device if you want to keep fully accurate track of your training.

After Party

After the race, all runners are encouraged to stay and enjoy some Exclusive Superhero Glow Run Ride Time! Get a chance to ride some of the best rides in the Midwest before the summer gets into full swing. 

We will also have tasty treats and awesome merchandise available for purchase during the party, PLUS the DJ will be playing all the hits for you to dance the night away. This is definitely a post-party everyone can enjoy!

Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. 

Please note Six Flags Great America is not open on April 20. You will not be admitted to the run without an entry ticket, even if you are a Season Pass Holder or spectator.
