During the October 16th Village Board Meeting, the Board passed a proclamation recognizing World Polio Day on October 24. Past President Dane showed a video about Rotary and other organizations' efforts to eradicate polio along with a stirring speech about our End Polio Now campaign.
Also, club member Steve Balinski received the Bill Reid Community Service Award, given by Past Past President Aaron. Bo is a very worthy recipient of the award, with many years of dedication to the community through our Rotary club and other organizations such as the Special Olympics and Make a Wish Foundation. Congratulations, Bo! Thanks to all the Rotarians who were present to support Bo.
