Late November Happenings

Well the holidays are upon us!

We had a full and eventful meeting on November 17, 2016.  

 

Pat Hogan was inducted as our newest club member.  She was sponsored by Ron Hamelburg.

 

Claire Erdman and Bella Gagen from the Barrington High School Interact Club, stopped by to present the Clubs current project.  On the December 10th volunteers will be packing Merry Meals from 10-5 PM at the High School.  The invite is part of the kids around the world project, and is in partnership with Potter House in Guatemala City.  The goal is to send 50,000 meals to Guatemala.  You don't have to pack that many meals on Saturday.

 

Nancy Shepherdson presented an End Polio award to our club.

 

Deb Villers presented Suzanne Gibson with a level 4 Paul Harris Award. 

 

Kris Young, our club president elect for 2017-18, gave her classification talk to the club.  

 

It was a full and enjoyable meeting.
