Visioning Follow up Session
In April we held a Visioning Session with 26 DSE members to develop broad goals for our Rotary Club over the next few years. On Monday, December 19th we are scheduling a follow up gathering open to all members to review those goals, refine and add to them, and add specific steps to move the Club forward. The session will include large group and small group activities. Janet Fogarty has agreed to facilitate the discussions.
The meeting will be held at the Cherry Hills III Club House at 2800 S. University Blvd. Sandwiches and snacks will be served from 5:30- 6:00 pm and the sessions will run from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm. This is a casual gathering aimed to gather ideas, determine member preferences and provide direction to the current DE board, the next board and support programming for at least the next couple of years. We hope to have 25-35 members so we have a broad base of views. Maximum attendance is 35.
Please register so we can plan for food, beer and wine. All materials will be supplied.
Cherry Hills III is a gated community on the east side of University between Yale and Dartmouth. Attendees should let the guard know they are attending an event hosted by the Wetherington’s (unit 4) at the Club house which is at the end of the main drive. Parking is available to the left of the first stop sign. Parking is limited so having a few members car pool would be helpful.
