Club Board Meeting - Canceled for June 26

The June 26, 2018 Board meeting for the Club and Foundation is canceled for the Rotary International Convention in Toronto at the same time. The joint board meeting and transitional topics will be held on July 24. 2018 at the UBS office.
Board meetings are open to all Club members and everyone is encouraged to attend. New members are especially encouraged to attend as this is one of the required steps to convert the ugly red badges into a bright and shiny new blue badge. Dinner, water, sodas, beer, and wine will be served at the Board meetings. There is no charge for the dinner during the Board meeting.
If you are not a current officer, committee chair or currently serving on this Board, please email the Club Secretary, Debbie Hagan at Debbie@AccountableAccounting.biz, so she can either email you the board meeting materials or you can bring a copy for your use. If you wish to join the board in eating dinner, please email our Club Accountant, Kris Morse as TKMZMorse1@MSN.com. Kris will then add you to the meeting order email so you can select a menu item. The meal registration closes at noon on the day of the board meeting, so please make sure that you tell Kris that you are attending at least 24 hours before the actual meeting date.

Building doors are automatically locked at 7:00 PM, so please arrive before that time. If you arrive after the doors are locked, call or text one of the Club officers to leave the meeting and let you in.
