Food Distribution

Volunteers are needed to assist with distributing food during the Basilica of St. Mary Pantry Distribution. This event takes place at Basilica of St. Mary, 1000 Holt Street Norfolk 23504. Volunteers will report onsite and will assist with preparing the area for distribution and assist with the distribution of pre-packaged bags of canned goods, fresh produce, frozen foods, and/or bakery items under the supervision of Ms. Ercelle Drayton, Basilica of St. Mary Agency Director, church staff person and/or a trained Volunteer Team Leader. Volunteers must be minimum 16 years of age for this activity. Please be on time so that the distribution can start at the designated time.  This pantry takes place inside however volunteers are asked to dress comfortably and appropriately.

This food pantry services the same population as the Hunton YMCA.
