Wizarding Weekend Grilled Cheese Extravaganza

Here’s the good news: we will be using small electric griddles instead of the huge honking gas grills. This makes set up and break down really easy.
However, because the festival has expanded into a two day commitment, we will need more volunteers, as well as a few who will take point for a couple of hours each day so that no one has to be there for the full duration.
Regular shifts will include prepping and grilling sandwiches, slicing sandwiches and serving soup, and taking payment. We will also need a runner to keep food stocked in the tent.
