UPDATE: Membership Team Meeting

Dearest Fellow Rotarians-

You have all been waiting so patiently for the invite to become a part of, The One and The Only, Prior Lake Rotary Membership Team.  Well, here is that invite.  Meeting is open to any, and all, Rotarians that are interested in learning more about the work of this team.  

Please join us on Tuesday, September 24th from 6pm-7:30pm at the Selinske's home for our first Membership Team Meeting of the new club year.  Food and Beverages provided.  

 Team Responsibilities: The ROI of Prior Lake Rotary Membership

•       Recruiting
  •    Lead Recruitment of New Members:  Achieve goal of 90 members by 2020.
  •    Engage Members in the recruitment process
  •    Understand current membership demographics and recruit members with  these demographics in mind.
•        Orientation
  •    Lead Mentor Program
  •    New Member Orientations
  •    Induction of New Members
•        Involvement
  •    Engaged Member Policy
  •    Team participation
  •    Anniversary “game” implementation
