Robert Goss
Folsom Parks and Rec Department.

Robert Goss joined the City of Folsom Parks & Recreation Department as a Park Planner in 1993, and was subsequently promoted to Park Planning Superintendent and to Parks & Recreation Director in 2004.  He also served as Capital Development Manager for the Public Works Department.   

Robert managed development of the Folsom Aquatic Center and other park development projects, as well as initial design of the Folsom Public Library and the Historic District parking structure. 

He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture from Cal Poly Pomona and is a California Registered Landscape Architect.  Robert is also a member of the California Parks & Recreation Society and the American Society of Landscape Architects.  He and his wife Claudia have two sons.
