Policing in Great Britan vs Sacramento

The speaker for this week is Gina Haynes.  She is a retired Sacramento police lieutenant.  Gina joined the Sacramento Police Department in 1987 and rose to the rank of lieutenant prior to her retirement in 2013.  Prior to joining the Sacramento Police Department, Gina was a police constable in Great Britain.  Gina has the unique experience of working as a law enforcement officer in Great Britain and the United States.  Gina has a master's degree in Criminal Justice/ Law Enforcement administration.  Gina is also a graduate of the FBI National Academy.
