Please join us: Outside Art: Plattsburgh Public Art Project & Plattsburgh Public Library will hold a dedication ceremony for their new mural "Read and Grow! The Dream Garden" on Friday, October 27 @ 5:30 pm outside the library on Brinkerhoff Street.
