Donations of dental facilities from Ballarat Health Services

The Ballarat Base Hospital has moved its dental department from the Ballarat Base Hospital to a completely new 20 

chair facility in Sebastopol.

 

None of the old equipment went into the new facility

         

DHSV and BHS generously offered all of the fittings and most of the dental equipment to Ballarat West Rotary club 

to reuse. Expressions of interest for various items of this equipment have been received from dental departments in the Solomon Islands, Fiji and 

Vanuatu for this equipment.  The total value of all this equipment, fixtures and fittings would be in excess of $250,000.
