Involvement in National Honor Society, GirlUp, Be Nice, and her community are an integral part of Boodt’s life.
She excels academically, maintaining a 3.98 GPA and earning a spot on the Superintendent’s Honor Roll for the past three years, as well as entrance into The National Honor Society.
She is involved in many school and community related extracurricular activities where she holds leadership and volunteer positions. She is vice president of GirlUp, a member of Be Nice, and captain of the varsity swim team, where she earned all-conference honors in 2023.
Boodt also participated in the first Spring Lake Alkamar exchange program during her junior year and will be traveling with the SLHS travel club to Spain and Portugal this summer.
She plans on attending a college to study nursing, with the intent to eventually become a nurse practitioner.
