Lewisville Morning Rotary Encourages Perfect Attendance at Central ES

This years Perfect Attendance Awards are a huge success with over 125 Central Elementary School Students boasting of Perfect Attendance during the 2012-2013 School Year. Congratulations to all students for a great year!

For the past several years the Lewisville Morning Rotary has purchased bikes for two students (1 boy & 1 girl) that had perfect attendance at the end of the year. Goodie bags including candy, small toys, small games etc were given to all students that had perfect attendance and then at the end of the awards celebration a drawing was held for the bikes.

This year we have expanded the perfect attendance program so that a student in each grade has an opportunity to win a bike. Pictured below are the bikes mounted in each grades cafeteria to help remind the students of their responsibility to come to school every day.

Central Elementary School is the Lewisville Morning Rotary adopted school. Several of our clubs projects are for the students of Central ES including books for the library, dictionaries for 3rd graders, Student of the Grading Period Awards, vocational talks at career day, end of the year celebration with our teachers and other projects that school may request.
