District Governor Hollis Lackey visits the
Lewisville Morning Rotary Club
Rotary District 5790 Governor Hollis Lackey visited our club meeting Thursday, September 21, 2012 at the MCL Grand Theater in Old Town Lewisville, Texas. Governor Hollis Shared with us his goals for our district; End Polio Now, More "Rotarians", and a district whose clubs focus in the following six areas:

Peace and Conflict Prevention/Resolution
•
Disease Prevention and Treatment
•
Water and Sanitation
•
Maternal and Child Health
•
Basic Education and Literacy
•
Economic and Community Development
While visiting, the Governor helped us recognize new Paul Harris Fellows Wess Griffin, Bob Troyer & Rob DiBernardo. Also recognized was Paul Harris +1 recipient Marilyn Pokorny and Paul Harris+2 recipients Bob Schell and John Pokorny (not shown in photo).
Governor Hollis recognized Todd Taylor as "Rotary Builder" in recognition of his service as the "go-to" guy whenever something needs to be done. "Todd exemplifies Service above Self in all ways" said Governor Hollis Lackey. Well deserved Todd. Congratulations from the entire club.
