Lewisville Morning Rotary to Award a bike to a boy and a girl from each grade at Central ES the last week of May
To encourage student learning our club recognizes those students at Central Elementary School who have made the effort to attend school every school day of the year. We award one boys bike and one girls bike to every class level. To select the winning students, a special ceremony is held at the end of the year for each grade. This year ceremonies will be held May 29th, May 30th and May 31st. At these ceremonies all the children with perfect attendance are called up to receive a goody bag prepared by our Rotary Members. At the end of the the goodie bag ceremony, we pull one boys name and one girls name out of a hat. Those children are awarded a brand new bike.
