Central Elementary School Students of the Month for November Recognized at the November 29th Meeting
 


The students were chosen based on their nominations for showing the character trait for the 6 weeks- Respect.

 

From left to right, the students are:

Yohan Saavedra, kindergartner. Mrs. Strong, his teacher, wrote: Yohan is a joy and is very respectful to me and his classmates.

Samantha Cortez, 2nd grader: Mrs. Kohutek, her teacher, wrote: Samantha is a great example of respect because she is always sensitive and considerate of what others are feeling. She is very responsible and follows directions.

Bryan Pastor, 4th grader: Mr. Brackett, his teacher, wrote: Bryan always treats his classmates and teachers with respect. He listens carefully to the teachers and follows directions the first time they are given.

Nancy Morales, 3rd grader: Mrs. Annis, her teacher, wrote: Nancy is respectful to her classmates, teachers, and self. She always has a positive attitude and a smile on her face. 
 
The Lewisville Morning Rotary has adopted the Central ES campus students and staff and is supporting them in many different ways including our dictionary project, perfect attendance bike project, student mentors, vocational talks and many other activities to numerous to mention in this article.
