A Letter from George

Hello,

We had our regular meeting today, and voted not to have a meeting on July 5th (day after holiday of 4th) because of several reasons.  The program responsibilities were scooted back one week, and Bob Schell switched with Todd Taylor.  Therefore, the meetings are :  June 21  John Pokorny June 28 Pass the Gavel at 6pm at the Grand Theater, July 5th NO MEETING, July12th Todd Taylor, July 19th is Jeff Siebert, July 26th is Bob Schell, and August 2nd is Robert Troyer.  More meeting assignments later!!!

The Pass the Gavel meets on June 28th, Social Hour at 6pm, regular meeting starts at 7pm, we will have special music, and many awards and please Business Casual Dress, and Brad Buesing will be preparing and serving the food, and George Gober will hand over the Gavel to Tom Atchison for the 2012-2013 year! Please we hope that any and all can attend it is going to be a big deal!!! Diana McMillan has worked hard to get this all set up and has done a wonderful job!!!  In between her trip to France (more on that later!).  There is NO morning meeting on the 28th, we will meet in the evening as a special event.

Next week, the 21st is a great meeting for our club also, as John Pokorny will present the Strategic Plan for our club for the next 3 years!!  Melissa Cox, Steve Homeyer, Howard O'Neal, Tom Atchison, George Gober, Steve Homeyer, George Fowler and others have spent many man/woman hours on this project and it is finished!!  Be there and here the great plans for our club for the future!! 

Thanks to each and every one of you for all you have done, it has been a great year and Tom Atchison will have another great year. See you there!!!
