Karlen Padayachee is the founder and managing attorney at Encompass Law, PLLC. He focuses his practice in the areas of business law and estate planning representing and advising business owners on matters such as entity formation, corporate governance, contract negotiation, business succession planning, buy/sell transactions and wealth/estate transfer. Karlen earned his undergraduate degree in political science and international relations from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal (formerly the University of Natal) in South Africa, where he grew up and graduated with a law degree (Juris Doctor) from William Mitchell College of Law.
