Last week our Sergeant at Arms was Adam Kline who quizzed us on Olympic trivia. 
 
Last week we met in our Committees. It was voted on during this meeting to return to our old structure of committees, as the new structure seemed to cause overlap. At this time if someone is interested in moving to a new committee, they can start to engage in the area they feel drawn to. It was also decided to delay electing a chair and vice chair for the committees until next month so Rotarians can find the committee that works best for them. 
 
Report outs are as follows:
 
Club Service: beginning discussion on Christmas party, also talking about other activities like a Boone Valley train ride. 
 
Youth and Family: on August 17th the RYLA youth will be joining us and provide the program on what they have learned.
 
International Committee: Working on a brochure for a trip for Rotarians to Iraq in 2018 and possibly starting a Rotary chapter.  
 
 
This week our Sergeant at Arms is Shannon DeLouis and our District Governor will be joining us to discuss his plans for the year..
