Assist with the erection of Christmas decorations in Wilston Village. It will include Candy Canes, Lolly Pops, Wreaths, Bows and various other decorations. 5 or 6 people are required to help. The local Scouts will be doing all the climbing, jumping and any other work that we don't want to do. If possible bring a ladder, plyers / side cutters etc for tightening cable ties. I will also assist to load the decorations into the trailer to transport them, 1 or 2 others to help will be good. This will be from about 4.00 pm. I'll get the address details. The whole event will take approximately 2 to 2 1/2 hours finishing around &.30pm.

This is a community event with Santa and Mrs Clause attending to treat the local children. Rotarians are on hand to take photos of the children and family with Santa and accept donations in cash or via the square. Generally, excluding Santa, 2 to 3 are required to assist with the crowds and take the donations. Extra help is required earlier in the morning to help with the erection of some stalls etc. More details to follw on this. |
