Members and their guests are invited to enjoy a Boston themed evening on the deck of Grand Old House to celebrate our club's 52nd Charter. The Boston themed pays tribute to our Charter Club, The Rotary Club of Boston. Details are listed below:
Date/Time: Saturday, January 27, 2018 at 7pm
Location: Grand Old House - deck side
Attire: Smart Casual (no jackets needed)
Cost: CI$85 per person (includes 3 course meal and wine - 2 bottles of red wine and 2 bottles of white wine for each table seating 10 people)

Appetizer
(Choice of one)
- Tropical Mixed Greens (mixed baby greens, cucumber, pineapple, carrot, tomato, pickled red onion, herb vinaigrette)
- Clam Chowder
- Lobster Mac and Cheese (rocket lettuce, bacon bits, crispy onion flakes)
Entrée
(Choice of one)
- Atlantic Cod (lemon rice, sautéed green beans, caper butter sauce)
- Herb Marinated Chicken Breast (wild rice, sautéed spinach & corn, chicken jus)
- Seafood Pie (shrimp, mussels, clam, lobster, roasted root vegetables)
- Boston Style New York Strip Steak (roasted potatoes, grilled asparagus, red wine jus)
Dessert

- Fruit Tart (vanilla sponge, vanilla cream, topped with fresh fruit)
- Profiteroles (Choux pastry filled with vanilla cream, dark chocolate dip)
