Rotary International President-elect and Canadian Jennifer Jones invite members to imagine the possibilities in the change we can make “to transform the world”. She visits Edmonton on July 9th as part of her cross Canada tour.

Newcomer and Club member Chris Chukwunta shared his ideas on vocational service, youth development and climate change on Feb. 1. Femi Asinu will share his expertise on how Rotary might best support community development in West Africa on March 1.

During past meetings, core values of equity and learning rose to the top.

The intent of this meeting is to articulate our aspirations so we may clearly communicate them externally.

We invited Maiden Manzanal-Frank to facilitate this dialogue. She is the Bhichai and Khunying Charoye Rattakul Scholar for Peace and Conflict Resolution at the Rotary Peace Center in Chulalongkorn University and an international consultant who worked with Femi at the UN. To learn more about Maiden please visit www.maidenmfrank.com We are grateful she is donating her considerable experience to this meeting.

We are also humbled to have our District Governor Donna Barret in attendance for this evening.
