Prior to the COVID-19 outbreak, we had scheduled registered psychologist Claudia Greene-Wahlgren to speak to us about mental health in young people. But given the current pandemic, we decided to save that topic for another time and ask Claudia to focus instead on the psychological implications of the current situation. Claudia has done research around this topic and the collective anxiety of the global community presents itself very clearly in her work.
Given the depth and breadth of the topic, and in the interests of avoiding COVID-19 information overload, we would like to make sure we cover what is relevant and important to you. So we ask you to send us questions, thoughts, observations or concerns in advance about the mental health aspects of the pandemic. Please send your questions to info@gdn.nu by 22nd April so that we can include them in the programme.
This virtual meeting is open to MIRC members and Rotarians from other clubs. Non-Rotarians are welcome to join us with notification in advance. You can send us a quick message by clicking on the name of the meeting chair or using the contact button in the main webpage menu above.
