As usual many topics were discussed . Fred was telling us that while he and Charlene were away in Florida - Dave Thomas
and his daughter who were house sitting for Fred discovered there was a leak from the water hose to the fridge . Some water
damage was done to the wall plaster etc . Fred has been in repair mode and being creative . Apparently some of the walls are wallpapered .
We talked about liability coverage and how much the insurance companies recommend upwards of 5 - 10 million
on your property or business if ever sued .
