REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY:
Refunds for our events are allowed in the following cases:
  • Event cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled (except for Government-directed COVID-19 shutdowns)
  • Overcharges due to key entry errors on the website
  • Withdrawal requests from the event up to 7 days prior to the event (less third party booking fees and financial institution charges)
