A terrific day last Tuesday at the Boroondara FORaMEAL event at the Hawthorn Town Hall. There were 90+ secondary school students who packed 33,800 meals.
Rotarians worked so hard, and Swinburne students and Rotaractors were superb supporters. The Boroondara Council were delighted and are keen to do it again in late January at the end of school holidays. Strathcona students assisted Lili-Ann as comperes. There was a short break for Pizzas for lunch and the students were back into it all.
All was packed up by 2pm. Tired but very satisfied. Another great event made possible by a great team.
