Vermont Afghan Alliance

Al Belluche is a husband and father who lives in Burlington.  Al has spent most of his career in public service. Professionally, he has worked full time in the Vermont Army National Guard serving in progressive roles in teaching, human resources, operations, and supply chains.  One of his roles included serving in Parwan Province in Afghanistan. After leaving the Guard, he served in housing and philanthropic nonprofit organizations. While at the Vermont Community Foundation, he assisted nonprofit organizations from around the state with a wide variety of tasks including fundraising, business coaching and grant management.

He is currently a management consultant providing services in project management, operations management, strategic planning, and facilitation. He is excited to continue learning and serving alongside the VAA staff, clients, and community partners.
