Meeting: Cal Trans - Current and Future

Gilbert Mohtes-Chan is a public information officer for Caltrans District 3, covering maintenance and construction activities in Butte, Glenn, Colusa, Sutter and Yuba counties as well as parts of Yolo and Placer counties. He has been at Caltrans for 8 years. Previously, he worked as a communications coordinator and grant writer for nonprofit sustainable farm groups based in Yolo County, working with growers in the northern Sacramento Valley and northern San Joaquin Valley. He also worked more than 20 years in the newspaper industry. During his presentation, Gilbert will discuss current and upcoming construction projects in Butte County and Chico.
