As part of Rotary Club of Royal Hua Hin’s ongoing project of environmentally sustainable concepts and together with Clean Hua Hin they arranged a mass clean up in 5 locations surrounding Wat Khao Klai Lat Temple in Khao Takiab
The event was part of the global World Cleanup Day and opened by the Mayor of Hua Hin Mr. Nopporn Wutthikul, who addressed an audience of more than 200 people taking part of the cleanup. 59 people from RCRHH, the Rotaractor Clubs of Stamford and Webster Universities, Market Village, Chiva-Som, Tourist Police, students from Baan Bo Fai School and Baan Takiab School together with local volunteers helped out on the day.
475 Kg of rubbish was collected in less than an hour.
