Lancaster Rotary Parking Lot Fence Construction

The Lancaster Rotary Club will be constructing a new fence along the property line of the newly constructed parking lot in Downtown Lancaster.  This service project has been funded by a grant from the Northern Borders Regional Commission and generous contributions from Greg Cloutier, Myra Emerson and the Emerson family, Murray and Rona Glines, Beattie Enterprises, The Town of Lancaster, The Phoenix Group, Attorney Jay Riff, P&R Excavating and Central Paving.
