Governor's Highway Safety Program and the Click It or Ticket It campaign

Evan Hallstrom is a 16 year old professional race car driver, who currently races late models on asphalt and was the 2018 NASCAR Late Model Rookie of the Year at Devil's Bowl Speedway.  He has a love of the sport and also builds cars with his father and his crew.  Evan will speak to us about his young (but impressive!) career as a professional race car driver, and his participation in the Governor's Highway Safety Program and the Click It or Ticket campaign.  Join us to meet this exciting young professional!
