Bio

• 27 years in private sector in ever increasing levels of responsibility and 15 years in Vermont state government.
• Appointed by Governors Snelling, Dean and Douglas to serve in seven leadership positions in Human Resources, Transportation, DMV, Education and Department of Labor.
• Elected to serve two terms in House of Representatives from 2007 – 2010 as a member of the House Education and Government Operations Committees representing Berlin and Barre City
• Formerly served as a member of Berlin’s Select Board, Berlin Economic Development Committee, Central Vermont Economic Development Board, and Special Project Manager for Barre City.
• Currently serves as member of the Vermont Granite Museum Board of Directors, a member of Central Vermont Home Health and Hospice Board of Directors and member and Development Chair of the Prevent Child Abuse Board of Directors.
• Employed as Chair of the Barre City Bike Path Committee.  
• Host of Vote For Vermont (VFV, LLC)  – weekly public access TV show on Orca Media, Channel 15, Montpelier where the tag line is “Listening Beyond the Sound Bites”.
