Spaulding High School before heading off to college. Reuben graduated from the University of
Southern Maine where he majored in Industrial Technology with a concentration in
Management. Mark graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in Business
Administration and minors in Public Relations and Communications. During the final semester
of their college careers they began Stone & Browning Property Management LLC. Upon
returning to Vermont they hit the ground running. S&B handles the day to day headaches of
owning rental property by helping streamline the process. Services include, leasing, rent
collection, bookkeeping, budget creation, and much more. Their expertise and knowledge of
real estate benefits their clients by maximizing the return on their investment. ! !
Mark and Reuben are active members in their community. They recently started a spin off
business called The Office Block, a collaborative office space located in Downtown Barre.! !

Stone & Browning currently manages just under 100 units in the Central Vermont area. ! !
