Barre Rotary Club's Meeting April 13, 2022

Chief Vail became police chief this March after serving for ov.er 28 years at the Hartford Vermont Police Department.  For the previous six and one half years he was Deputy Chief of Support Services which included him being the Commander of the detective division, communications center, professional standards and was the accreditation manager.  He has a B.S.degree from Champlain College in Integrated Studies with concentration in computer forensics and an M.B.A. from Herzing University-Madison in Business management with duel concentration in Public Safety Leadership.  He is also a Rotarian with the White River Club since 2014.
