WOMEN BUILD
Rotarians woke up early to get breakfast for 50+ volunteers (mainly women) involved in the Women Build Habitat for Humanity project at Torbram Road in Brampton.
The project involved 18 townhomes, which are constructed to be energy-efficient for the families who will own them.  Volunteers and the future homeowners all raise funds (it is $500 to be a volunteer builder) to ensure costs are very low.  Volunteers will be involved at this location over the next year.
A wonderful warm sunny morning greeted the Rotarians.  Thanks to Pierre, Vijay, Mustafa, Ken and volunteer Dick Berry.
A real good way to start the day!  Thanks to the club for sponsoring this breakfast.
